Before I met Leilani I was investing very little in the real estate and was not doing well at it because no other agent previously took their time to show me the right property according to my needs. Back then I was looking for a home for myself. Leilani asked me exactly what my needs were and showed me the right property. A year later, my needs had changed. She then sold that property on which I made a $400,000.00 profit. This was my first deal with her. I would not have made that profit if she would have sold me the wrong property to begin with.
Since then I have been getting heavily involved in the real estate market. So far this year, I have done eight deals through her and each one has been exciting as my first one. There have been times when I have been very close to making some bad investment decisions and she has advised me against them. I look back and see what she saw that I couldn't see at the time. Leilani really cares about her clients and treat's them like her friends and family.

Recently I needed to sell my downtown condo and I wanted to partner with a realtor with a track record of effectively understanding the market, obtaining the maximum price available for the value the property delivered, and who wasn’t afraid to aggressively challenge past under-valued sales records within the building.

I want to thank you Leilani for assisting me in my first real estate transaction! You facilitated the process in a way that was completely painless, in fact it was really fun! Without your persistence, I would not be moving into my new condo as of June 1st. After viewing 3 properties, you found one that was congruent with my entire "checklist." The only issue was that the viewings for this particular unit did not commence until 12pm Saturday, April 7th. That was an issue for me because I was going to be "unavailable" at that time (in the air en route to Winnipeg). Furthermore, most properties meeting my specs had been selling within 2-3 days. That meant we had to act FAST.
Leilani assured me that she was going to connect with the seller's agent & figure something out. After a few phone calls, Leilani successfully scheduled a viewing for Friday, April 6th at 5:30pm, the night before I was leaving. Well, let's just say once Friday came along, I was beyond excited.
I had done my due diligence by researching the property, did some comparables, etc. I could hardly contain myself on the way to the viewing as I sincerely felt that this property was going to be the one...interestingly enough, there were some major skytrain issues that afternoon. In certain areas the eastbound skytrain was re-routed westbound - so, you can imagine what a process it was traveling to New West under such conditions. I contacted Leilani to let her know that I may be a little late. She suggested that she pick me up at one of the stations & we can travel the rest of the way together. Finally we arrived at the condo building, & awaited the seller's agent. As she greeted us, I have to say, she had a bit of a funny look on her face. We walked into the lobby as she notified us that she did not have the right keys for the unit...& the sellers were out of town.
Leilani was not impressed, nor was I considering what obstacles we had already hurdled that day. Well, let's just say I wasn't prepared to leave that building until having viewed a suite considering that I was leaving on a flight the next morning & wanted to prevent multiple-bidding on this property. Oddly enough, a young couple who lived in the building generously invited us to view their suite. It was a completely different layout yet after talking with this couple, I knew...we were on our way out of their unit & I asked Leilani something that she perhaps was not expecting - if I could place an offer on the original unit (that I was scheduled to view) sight-unseen. She enthusiastically said "yes," explained the process to me, helped me complete the paperwork, & negotiations until 10pm that evening even though the sellers were out of town - & despite her dinner plans.
Leilani, it is because of your persistence & guidance that I am now the proud owner of an under-1-year-old Yaletown-style condo with awesome resale potential in New West :) Thank you again & looking forward to celebrating with you at the house-warming!
